fix: fix memory leak when an IFrame gets removed #651

Due to the use of MutationObserver this fix is currently only available for "modern" browsers (like IE >= 11), etc. If people feel strong about backfilling this fix for even more legacy browsers, another PR needs to be created possibly using deprecated APIs like the DOMNodeRemoved event.
