How to build and use:

* First create a test certificate to sign the applet:

 ./makecert

* Then run the maven build

 mvn clean install
 
* Unzip the resulting zip file in some directory of your web
server (here: /var/www/html/webcam):

 unzip target/webcam-applet-1.0-SNAPSHOT.zip -d /var/www/html/webcam
 
* Use the applet from your html page. A sample file is provided in sample:

 cp src/sample/index.html /var/www/html/webcam/
 
* Open the page with your favorite web browser:

 firefox http://localhost/webcam
