Adds two new tracking events for our chrome extension experience. The first
ChromeExtensionProfileViewEventhappens when they open the drawer to see a profile page with the chrome extension. The secondChromeExtensionViewInDataHubEventis called when they click "view in datahub" from the chrome extension drawer.Checklist
