Updated the SWC template to be for Data Carpentry.

  • changed 'software carpentry' to 'data carpentry' and updated links
  • changed the schedule information to be preliminary and just 'morning' and 'afternoon'
  • changed schedule so that it can be customizable in the YAML
  • took out details on schedule since it will be different for different domains and content, so will potentially have to be changed frequently
  • took out detailed setup instructions to put setup info on a different page. Temporarily put this in install.html with info from _includes/windows.html, mac.html and linux.html, but will start an issue on how to best handle setup instructions, since these will also vary per workshop

1. Go into your newly-created repository,
which will be at `https://github.com/your_username/YYYY-MM-DD-site`.
For example,
if `your_username` is `gvwilson`,
the repository's URL will be `https://github.com/gvwilson/2015-07-01-mistaktonic`.
if `your_username` is `gracehopper`, and the site of the workshop is 'yale'
