E2E tests have mysteriously begun to fail for 2 todo_spec tests consistently since yesterday.  Note the following two Travis runs for the same commit.  The failing run really has no differences.

chore(test): disable failing E2E tests

Work around issue #1316.  Two E2E tests have begun to fail for unknown
reasons.  Disabling them until they're fixed properly.
