Minor search formatting updates

Description

• Remove cursor change on non-functional top banner
• Address name overflow and button overlap issues in sidebar
• Implement text truncation with ellipsis for top banner content
• Adjust search/chat button position when header is present
• mprove admin page UI for better usability
• Apply similar polish to other relevant sections
