dandi metadata: assets summary #18

The Assets Summary does not make much sense for several dandisets. Is there a way of re-generating this, manually correcting it, or just removing it?

I think this should be fixed on dandi-api side by making removing assetsSummary on dandisets which have no assets. Attn @dchiquito |

This is an outcome of the current hack to suppress summary generation. Should revert back once the updates are in place. |

should still have a summary of 0 files and bytes, just won't be publishable with that summary. |
