There is a bug that appears when windows are created …
and destroyed in a random way: some "zombie" windows appears,
they cannot be destroyed, they have almost no properties (the test python script that reproduces the bug is attached). The rate of "strange" window appearance is about 1/1000

The restart of the window manager is the only way to get rid of those windows.
The solution fixes the bug.
