New Save As DAISY addin with targeted changes :

• Fix issues reported for 2.7.2
• Included a new feature requested by AVH : allow the selection of footnotes positioning in the resulting dtbook
  • The settings are added to the plugin settings form
• Remove the daisy pipeline 1 and use daisy pipeline 2 instead for conversions scripts to packaged format and dtbook cleaning script.
  • This includes a rework of some of the forms of the plugin
• Remove the "Multiple word documents" conversion feature, that was converting and merging a list of word documents into a single dtbook XML or other packaged format :
  The feature could be misinterpreted as a batch conversion of documents to multiple dtbooks or other formats, and was reported unused in its current state by testers.
  It will be recommended to use a Master document with subdocuments or merge word documents in a single one before doing the conversion to replace the removed feature behavior.
• Change the update checker to look for new releases on daisy/word-save-as-daisy github repository.
