Previously, we used GET with a header, because the header can accept larger string.
But, for larger string, we should use POST anyway, so introducing a new convention URLSearchParams. This is still experimental and should be revisited before v1. (Basically, review Next.js's API and re-consider.)

When #947 was being done, the router request became from GET to POST.
I checked POST works for static files with `serve`. However, I didn't
check vercel deployment.

Just noticed there's a serious issue (405 Method Not Allowed) with the
website deployment, so I make it work back with GET.
