breaking: switch to full SSR from RSC-only SSR #147

So, my take for SSR was #66, which is a frontend for RSC middleware.
I still like the idea, but it seems like the community standard is to render client components on server. There are also technical difficulties.
This PR is to move to full SSR from RSC-only SSR.
