Place files in addons/counterstrikesharp
After first launch, configure the plugins in the respective configs:
- CS2-SimpleAdmin: addons/counterstrikesharp/configs/plugins/CS2-SimpleAdmin/CS2-SimpleAdmin.json

🆕 What's new and what's changed:
- Fixed css_warn (unfreeze player after 5s)
- Fixed server loading from database (reduced delay)
- Fixed admin name when using action from menu
- Added checking the player in an earlier phase of the connection
- Changed player unstuck method in css_tp and css_bring, now remove collision from player instead of noclip
