A few missing urls: once, removelistener

When building see errors from checking url

Brian deleted the on, once, removeListener and removeListers pages, all of these links should be catalog-of-events instead.

ok, good thing it is showing the errors, I will update these

Yes just remove those pages and I think the errors will go away. Nothing else links to them, they just link to each other (I believe)

Yes, delete the actual on.md, once.md, removelistener.md and removelisteners.md file, may fix it.
