Private network no ingress

This release is based on kubespray release version v2.4.0 .

• Supports automatically creating ssh keys that will be used to create virtual machines
• Exclusively uses coreos as the main os for virtual machines in k8s cluster
• Creates bastion host to jump into private k8s cluster
• Creates load balancer for masters api endpoint
• Uses terraform to deploy base network and auxiliary infrastructure
