Fixed copy job list feature

Motivation and context

Works incorrect. Job #2 : /?id=2 is not a link to job anymore, baseURL now empty because of using proxy.
After fix:
Job #2 : http://localhost:3000/tasks/2/jobs/2: [0-2166]
