Expected Behaviour

You can change the restrictive threshold without triggers the block.

Current Behaviour

When you change the limiting threshold intelligent scissors (ctrl+mousewheel) the block is also triggered.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Start drawing with using intelligent scissors
2. Hold Ctrl
3. Change the threshold with using mouse wheel
4. Wait 1-2 sec
5. Release Ctrl
6. Block triggered

Context

Sometimes an error occurs during drawing in CVAT

  OpenCV.js processing error occured
8390056 - Exception catching is disabled, this exception cannot be caught. Compile with -s DISABLE_EXCEPTION_CATCHING=0 > or DISABLE_EXCEPTION_CATCHING=2 to catch.
