  • Added PHP 8.1 to CI pipeline

  • Removed deprecated version header of docker-compose file

I might be a good idea to also check if you can do this on the uitidv1/main branch.

Is it fine to wait for this? Maybe we can archive the UiTiD v1 branch before the PHP 8 switch?
