Removes the app build during deployment, instead deploys via Ansistrano. This means that any Hyrax/Hyku app can be deployed more easily and that subsequent deploys can be done by re-provisioning the whole stack or by simply running the deploy.yml playbook.
We now automatically run the post set up rake tasks so that the user does not have to as they are idempotent.
