What does this PR contain?

  • created endpoint in /stats/export/volunteers/
    • returns the following information:
      • all volunteer information (name, email, phone number, organization, about me)
      • total trash collected
      • list of all events attended

How did we test it?

  • manually added dummy volunteer data to ensure it works correctly
