Icon tool

Four tools and their source codes:

1. combine tool, combine *.ico files
2. enumeration tool, enumaration PE file's icon resource
3. windows shell show icons tool, get the icon files which can show at windows shell
4. split tool, split one *ico file to server *ico files.

note:

base on windows platform, VS2010 IDE.
