I'm not sure when
doc.metadataOnlyUpdate = true anddoc.metadataOnlyUpdate.CAS == ""` so I left the logic as is with the test.The only other place where we update
_mouis on a resync but there it is a metadata only update and we would want to keep/update_mou.Integration Tests
