Cleaned CFn

This is the cleaned up CloudFormation template. The underlying scrips and AMIs are still a bit dated, but this version should work more reliably.

Initial Version

This template was created by Anil and Karthik. We're working on a major rewrite now. I'd like to preserve a snapshot of their work, hence this release.
