• refactor: remove commissionRate, rename bondedBondDenom, targetWeight
• refactor: remove liquid tokens field to use GetDelShares
• refactor: remove weight field to make stateless
• refactor: remove status field to be simplify
• refactor: remove deprecated codes and comments
• build: bump cosmos-sdk to v0.44.5-enhanced-rc2 for fix liquid gov
• test: add integration test for liquidstaking
• feat: apply liquid validator state response for grpc
