This issue is for integrating the CometMock specific light client evidence functionality in CometMock, see
informalsystems/CometMock#34 for context on the feature in CometMock

Closing Criterion

in the e2e tests, there is an action that causes CometMock to put light client attack evidence on-chain via ABCI
