Summary

The ICS26 routing module implementation is incomplete.

Problem Definition

We're missing the following components in our implementation ->

• Callback interface (analogous to https://github.com/cosmos/ibc-go/blob/main/modules/core/05-port/types/module.go)
• Router implementation/interface and calls to registered modules' callbacks (see https://github.com/cosmos/ibc-go/blob/main/modules/core/keeper/msg_server.go#L344)
• Port binding/lookup

Acceptance Criteria

• Modules should be able to bind to ports and own channels through the routing module.
• The routing module should call specified handler functions on modules
