chore: add module name to incentivized packet events #1580

Description

Most, if not all events include the module name. Updating incentivized_ibc_packet event to include module name

closes: #XXXX

yeah its pretty dumb, needs to just get automated at the SDK level: cosmos/cosmos-sdk#11868
