Summary of Bug

getting connection identifier is not in the format: connection-{N}: invalid identifier error

Expected Behaviour

appd genesis validate file without error

Version

v8.5.1

Steps to Reproduce

appd export --home . > genesis.json 
appd genesis validate genesis.json

For Admin Use
