This PR resolves #3369.
The texts that have previously been on the right side have been moved to the left side of the article. This causes the text to be above the image on mobile. In addition to that, clicking / tapping on the image of the map links to the site of the map, and the reference to FAQ article #test_result_issues target has been moved to the very bottom of the article.
