Refer to the thin variant of the Appboy SDK

The default Appboy SDK bundles SDWebImage and FLAnimatedImage which conflicts with our existing uses of those frameworks: Appboy/appboy-ios-sdk#85 (comment) So we make the integration point to the thin variant of Appboy using the instruction at: Appboy/appboy-ios-sdk#85 (comment)
