This release enables the Kubernetes CNI plugin in the minikube-iso image. It includes a couple of previously missing CNI plugins (loopback, host-local), adds a default Kubernetes CNI configuration, and pulls in one new package:

• rootfs: fix wrong default location of k8s CNI configuration (#9).
• Enable CNI (#8). This enables CNI integration in conjunction with the rkt kubelet.
