various CoreOS tools: Update to Fedora 41 #191

Bump the following Dockerfiles to fedora:41

  • config-bot
  • coreos-koji-tagger
  • coreos-ostree-importer
  • fedora-ostree-pruner

I see from previous Fedora version bumps we've done some sanity checking #184 (review), #188 (review)
@c4rt0 and @jlebon could I get some assistance with what to look for?

EDIT: this is related to the config-bot update

Sorry for the noise on this one. I added 4 commits here to update all Dockerfiles to fedora:41

More or less, if you don't see Python tracebacks when the new pods come up, they're probably fine.
