Build metal-bios and metal-uefi

Let's get these images out there for people to try.

I don't think we can do this until we've compressed these since the raw files are ~ 2G (8G virtual, 2G apparent size). Our PV is 50G right now and we are keeping 10 builds around so this would stretch us.

you are right.. weird. I forgot we added that to this pipeline already.. we did that in #34
just verified locally it worked:
