Organize clients

• Fix:
  Feat: Operator specific version client #250 wasn't sufficient because new CRDs are using SDK's NewClientSet() directly. Together with NewClientSet to recieve CallPropertiesCreator coralogix-management-sdk#153, we will monitor all CRDs.
• Organize clients:
  1. Remove this repo's client set (and its mock) and use SDK's client set directly.
  2. Send only relevant clients to reconcilers. E.g. RuleGroupReconciler doesn't need clientSet, all it needs is RuleGroupClient, prometheusRuleController doesn't need Coralogix clients at all, etc.
  3. Remove ApiKeyClient mock which isn't used, since it doesn't have a unit test.
