Changes:

1. In Migration Script added new script for changing the master locale for the new file structure of export.
2. In cross Publish command fixed the issue of all entries being published inspite using the content-type flag and specifying the content-type.
3. Resolved the issue of recreating marketplace apps even after passing no to the prompt.
4. Resolved the issue in Audit when branches are also checked when they were not passed. Now branches are checked only when branch is passed through import or config in audit
