What is the idea?

glob2 is no longer necessary and is most likely a relic from supporting Python 2.

Why is this needed?

** support has been included since Python 3.5. Also glob2 hasn't been maintained for quite some time. It has also been noted that standard library glob is much faster

I suggest removing glob2 from conda-build to lighten burden on requirements and make conda-build more robust (and maybe even faster).

What should happen?

The user should experience faster installation due to drop of requirement and also it should be hopefully faster.
