@conda-forge/pyorc, I picked up a couple of pending changes here, but had to skip osx to the pre-existing segfaults (that were also the reason for all these other PRs not being merged) - I did try to debug this a bit in #54, but it seems that as soon as we move to pyorc 0.9 and/or orc 1.9, things fail. I think for now it's better to move on rather than to stay blocked indefinitely on that.

Also worth noting: I'm removing the TZDIR workarounds here on windows, which aren't necessary anymore for conda-builds after apache/orc#1882 (i.e. since orc>=2.0.1).
