update the required typo3 version to 10.4 for compatibility
- migrate itemimage field to FAL (adds ItemImageUpdateWizard therefore) - fixes deprecations in TCA - fixes issues from deprecated or outdated TYPO3 API calls - fixes deprecations in flexform
