So where we should link the extra.md About Duo.js?

I figured it should just be left in "Extras.md" standalone, and curious parties would navigate to it there. You think it should be called out specifically and linked to from the Readme? I could do that

@netpoetica Thanks. To be totally honest at littleBits we're mostly looking toward Duo.js right now. I am all for making component work better but its just not a priority for my time right now. I barely have time to even code front-end any more these days so meta projects like this are even tougher to get time spent on. I'm not opposed to being listed but it may be more helpful to only list the most active maintainers for now? Cheers.
