Remove @borsboom maintainership

I haven't actively used Haskell in some time and am not really able to usefully respond to maintenance requirements for these packages.

This may cause the packages to fall out of stackage (unless they're depended on by another package already in stackage).
Is there a way to find someone to take them over?  Or I guess if anyone needs them they can always add them back.
