Solution 1) add 2 packages to our fpco/ubuntu-with-libgmp:14.04 image

Solution 2) remove the option to create an image with stack image container on the stack project.

Since I originally added the container as a demonstration of using stack image container and not because it's a useful stand-alone image, we just decided to remove this option from stack's stack.yaml
