Many thanks! On the CI, yes. I was going to see if I could move the CI to a GitHub Actions equivalent but I may not be able to turn to that immediately. |

I tested this by (a) building/installing Stack with it and with GHC 9.4.1 and (b) then building Stack with GHC 9.4.1 and using the Stack that I had just built. On the basis that building Stack with Stack is a pretty demanding test, it looks great. So, I am going to merge it. |

Testsuite now passes for interfaces generated with GHC 9.4.1
