No, those add-on are just used on your own device because it will cause browsering issue if blocking them.

Ex: graph.facebook.com
It includes general and ads traffic package.
If blocking it, you can not normally visit facebook.
If you never use facebook, you can block it because some ads are under the path of graph.facebook.com.

Suggest to have HTTPS connections, if possible.

I will try using with NetGuard to load Hosts file backup.
