Add "Staying On The Phone Browser"

So, here I am again with another list I would like to submit. https://github.com/DandelionSprout/adfilt/tree/master/stayingonbrowser

But this time around, I'm a little unsure about this new list of mine. Not only is it only a mere ≥23 filters long (but should still cover the most crucial sites), but I don't intend to place a lot of hours into working on it either. Nonetheless, I believe it covers an exclusive niché (unless someone has had this idea before me), and I'd love for someone out there to fork it and greatly extend it.

Description: Removes "Download Our App" banners from mobile website versions, for those who prefer their phone web browsers instead of apps. Made as a proof-of-concept; anyone who'd be interested in taking over the project, can do so.
