-q or --quiet option for repair, that doesn't output successfull "applied" messages. Only errors/warnings while creating symlinks.
That way it would be easier to identify missing files while having a project with multiple/large modman-subprojects.

Another PR added color so that might help, but if you want a quiet option, please submit a PR.
