Adjusting the length of sidebar till navbar

I propose enhancing the appearance of the sidebar that is enlongated till the navbar which will give a more fuller appearance instead what we have now looks like and incomplete and half done

Please I request you to allow me to resolve this issue as i have uniquely identified this issue by myself as it is my first time contributing as a developer so i would extremely grateful to contribute in your esteemed project .

Of possible them make it stick but when this sidebar touch footer then scroll up
