Description
We are still getting a lot of reports about issues related to URLs and routing when installed in a subdirectory. This PR consolidates
site_url()testing with a data provider to make it easier to see what is tested, and easier to add tests in the future. All existing cases are accounted for, as well as a few more subdirectory scenarios.Checklist:
