Force video to play from the beginning doesnt work anymore

Bug Report:

Since a couple of weeks (the last update?) does "Force video to play from the beginning" not work for me anymore. Maybe a change on the side of Youtube?

When someone searches for an issue in github counts for both open and closed issues is shown right above results.

exceptions are

&time_continue=8
&t=8s
&start=8

as requested in #2061. As I mentioned in #2061 (comment) this was a bad exception after all. YT uses those parameters for both normal links with timestamps and for resuming so we cant distinguish. Patch needs reverting.

Edit: actually there are more causes of randomly not working #2389
