From release notes:

CockroachDB now omits implicit columns or hash-sharded index columns from automatically generated index names. [#58898][#58898] {% comment %}doc{% endcomment %}

I believe this is related to https://cockroachlabs.atlassian.net/browse/CRDB-1504 (see cockroachdb/cockroach#58730).
