Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have seen several cases where metamorphic ally enabled mux rangefeeds cause delays in span config updates - resulting in flaking allocation adjacent tests.

Describe the solution you'd like
Disable mux rangefeed in these tests with a TODO to re-enable them once it has stabilized.
