For visibility, I don't think I want to accept something that explicitly relies on a cloud provider to work. I would like solutions in this repo to be self contained as much as possible. We will wok on this to clean it up. |

Here is the draft work for CICD implementation with CNOE stacks. It will deploy stacks to set up complete applications/services onboarding and setup CICD workflows.
